Sebastian Larson is a 184- and 197-pound wrestler for Augsburg College. In high school, he wrestled for River Falls (Wis.) High School.
College career
2014–15 season
Larson had a 16–10 record on the season.[1] Larson made his varsity debut at the NWCA Div. III National Duals on Jan. 9, 2015 with a 5–2 win over James Garrett (Cornell). All his matches came at 184 pounds.
2015–16 season
Larson had a 24–16 record on the season,[2] serving as the starter at 184 pounds for 14 of the 16 duals Augsburg wrestled. Larson competed in his first post-season for Augsburg on February 27, going 3–1 to claim third place and qualify for the national tournament,[3] where he went 0–2.[4]
2016–17 season
After spending the first two years at Augsburg competing at the 184-pound weight class, Larson bumped up to 197 pounds, where he has mixed success and as of January 22, 2017 has a 8–13 record.[5] He has filled in three times as a backup to starter Logan Hortop at 197 pounds.
