The 2008–09 Augsburg Wrestling season was Augsburg's 27th season at the NCAA Division III level. The team finished with an 11–2 dual record and finished second at the National Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Mark Matzek served as Head Coach on an interim basis before becoming the permanent head coach later that year.
