The 2019–20 Augsburg Men's Wrestling season was Augsburg's 38th season at the NCAA Division III level. The team was coached by Jim Moulsoff. The team completed the season with an 8–2 dual record, including a second-place finish at the NWCA National Duals.

The season saw some events rescheduled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. On March 12, 2021, the NCAA cancelled the Division III National Tournament, which had been set to begin the following day.

Co-Head Coaches

In April 2019, following the conclusion of the 2018–19 season, Tony Valek was elevated to co-head coach along with Jim Moulsoff.[1]

Addition of Women's Program

In April 2019, Augsburg University announced the creating of a Women's Wrestling program for the 2019–20 season, led by coach Max Mejia. The women's team competed as a member of the Women's Collegiate Wrestling Association in freestyle wrestling.[2]
