Brian Arvold is a former wrestler and head coach for Augsburg College. He last competed in 1980.[1] He was inducted into the Augsburg College Hall of Fame in 2002.[2]

College career

As a wrestler, Arvold earned All American honors in 1979 and 1980. He was the MIAC champion at 150 pounds in 1979.

Coaching career

Arvold coached Augsburg during the 1984–85 and 1985–86 seasons. His team won a 1985 MIAC title and had a 27–12 dual-meet record. He spent four years, 1981–84, as an assistant coach under Jeff Swenson.
