Brandon Bahr is upper-middleweight wrestler for Augsburg College. In his first season (2008–09), Bahr started the year at 174 pounds, then wrestled at 184 pounds for one dual meet, before he settled in as the starter at 165 pounds for much of the rest of the season.

College career

2008–09 season

Bahr made his debut for Augsburg at the Auggie-Brute-Adidas Open, where he went 2-1 for seventh place in the 174-pound gold division.[1] He made his varsity dual debut against St. John's Univerity on November 26, 2009, where he lost 6-3 to Grant Eustice.[2] On December 6, Bahr went 2-1 at the 174-pound red division, for co-third place at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Open.[3] Against Division II Southwest Minnesota State, Bahr wrestled at 184 pounds, pinning Nathan Krekelberg 44 seconds into the match.[4] At the St. Cloud State Husky Open on December 13, 2008, Bahr went 5-2, placing fifth place at 174 pounds.[5] At the Sunshine Open on December 28 and 29, Bahr went 4-2 for fourth place at 165 pounds.[6]
